This unit gives instruction on how to establish a good classroom environment conducive to a good rapport, learning and teaching. Also gives an insight to how to deal with problems should they arise. Respect is the main thing that I take from this lesson. Your students should feel respected never belittled if a wrong answer is given but instead a pat on the back for trying. This is how we learn and you will earn the respect of your class if you treat them as equals as you yourself are not perfect and will make mistakes and your class will also teach you. Learning together as you go. Help each other to achieve the same goal.
