In this unit I learned the importance of tests and other ways of evaluating my students progress in the class room, sometimes the evaluation could be done by arrainging a game, but most schools require for teachers to do a formal type of evaluation. I learned that it is good to constantly monitor my students progress by making them take progress tests at different stages of the course, since this will let me know what language points have been learned and remembered, and which language points I need to review with them again. As well I learned of the different types of external exams that foreign learners of English can take.
