I truly believe and absolutely agree that all students are different, some of them are absolute beginners, which means they are blank at first and may not know even a single word in English. And there are some who are able to produce some English. No matter who they and what is their level, teacher understand their needs and chose the right methodology and must create an appropriate lesson plan. Also, it is totally wrong to use their native language in order to ease their teaching process, but it doesn`t work as it should. It is best to use short and direct commands in English. The class arrangement is not less important as well.
