Unit one was a very good introduction to the basic foundations that go into making good teachers and good learners. Having never taught before starting with qualities that you will need to succeed as a teacher were practical. I recently came to Malaysia and am hopeful this certification will help me to stay here longer. For almost the last ten years I worked as a caregiver. And I found the people who genuinely care for their patients were more successful in the field. I think bringing my caring nature and truly wanting my students to succeed will help make me a good teacher. I am looking forward to continuing on with this course.
