I've learnt if I am fair and have knowledge about English language, I can be a good teacher. It's really important to foster and motivate the students. I've learnt their culture is determinand and significant. I should also act upon their ages and levels. Another subject is to be a good learner who needs to be enthusiastic about learning English language. They should ask questions when they don't understand. A good learner should accept when they make mistakes and try to learn what is the correct. I'd expect from my students all of these and now I am aware of that I should always be optimistic and encourage them to learn english.
