In this unit, I can see the lesson plan has a number of important functions, and we have to write lesson plan every time. It can make sure we have a perfect class. But for experienced teacher, too much lesson planning can make lesson rather rigid and stop the teacher being flexible to the needs of the students. However, it is very difficult for inexperienced teacher to be able to be as flexible as this would require. Because we don?t know what will happening during the class. And in this unit I also learned how to write lesson plan, what should be included in a lesson plan. I am sure about this unit can be very useful to me.
