In Unit 6, the Past Tenses really stresses the rules of continuous and perfect forms. It was good to refresh my memory on the base form of the word followed by the past simple form of the word. Knowing these basic rules and understandings will help facilitate storytelling exercises and activities that go in conjunction with other past tenses.This unit has prepared me for any difficulties I could face while teaching. It also prepared me for different sized groups. This will be very helpful in the future as I can solve these problems faster and easier as I can recognise the problems sooner. It has also reminded me about doing warmers the first class, and about establishing rapport.
