The attitude of the teacher in the class can affect the success of every lesson. A teacher should always bring positive attitude in the class to be able to encourage the students to participate and learn. We can use a lot of techniques in teaching but we have to make it sure that our focus is the learning of the student, not the technique itself.I learned alot of valuable information about classroom management. Although I have been using most of the techniques and methodologies, it is still important to go over more thoughts about it so as to make changes for improvement.
