This unit made one of the most difficult to teach topics for me as simple as can be. The ways we form sentences with modal verbs was always a trick I did not see has a solid structure that I could teach without confusing students. This unit proved me wrong and gave me many ways and ideas of how to even make teaching it interesting and enjoyable.This unit, felt a bit harder. But I found it very informative. I learnt that there is a difference when teaching about the writing and speaking skills such as correcting them using a guidline and the fluency part where the words should come to the student in a more naturally way. Both are equally important for the students development in english.
