I have learned a lot from this unit since it further explains and applies everything I've already learned in TEFL on young learners specifically. I gained a lot of knowledge about materials; authentic and non-authentic, different kinds of materials, advantages and disadvantages of using a course book, the creation of a lesson plan to suit young learners as well as reasons and advantages to creating a lesson plan. Moreover, I learned about the usage of internet resources and other resources that come a long with the book. Finally, the information included in the unit about class management and behavior control was really beneficial.
