A very important part for me in this unit was to learn how to maintain the discipline during the class and how to deal with those students who always disturb the teacher, and other students too. Also, it was a very good lesson for me that I need to keep talk time shorter, and I learned how to avoid unnecessary talk time. Another important part that I have learned was how to organize students into groups. Studying this unit I understood that group work and pair work have got a lot of advantages. And I will try to do my best to avoid the disadvantages that were described before to make the teaching process as much effective as I can.
