In unit five, the details on how to effectively manage a classroom were reviewed. The importance on effectively interacting and communicating with students was stressed. If the teacher is able to engage and lead the course in an organized manner then students have more respect for the teacher and will be more motivated to learn. Numerous tips were also given on how to organize the classroom depending on the type of activity being carried out. One of the most important things I learned from this unit was being observant of your students and learning their differences so you can best adapt them and yourself to improve their learning.
