After watching the comparison videos it is easier to see how students are affected by the enthusiasm and teaching ability of the teacher. The first video left me feeling frustrated. While watching the second video I felt involved in the lesson and engaged in the class. Figuring out the ESA format used is still a little difficult for me to point out right away but seeing the steps in action was very helpful. A good teacher does not just need to know all the content but how to relay the information in a way that the students gain the knowledge and come away from the class satisfied that they are getting somewhere with their education.
