As teachers we will perform various important roles for our students. We may perform our teaching 'one to one' or teach groups of students. Groups can consist of roughly the same level or mixed level students. All teaching scenarios have their pros and cons both for students and for teachers. There are many teaching methods and which of them we choose is generally up to us, although our clients - institutions, schools and companies will very likely require that we use and follow the ESA methodology, which seem to give best learning results.
