As this is my first time studying a TEFL course - I am really enjoying the different phases of teaching. The ESA concept is great and will be a great rooted base/foundation for all lesson plans - obviously in the different styles talked about - but very interesting how you elicit knowledge out of your students, and the challenges of keeping a captive audience so that they want to learn more and get passionate about the language and learning it. I know it is hard to make absolutely every student happy but its great to get these ideas on how to get the majority inspired and motivated and loving the new language that they are learning.
