Manage a class in an appropriate way is probably one of the most critical factors when you are a teacher. I found many of the advices useful. As for the classroom arrangement it's important to consider the class size, type of chairs, age of students, personalities etc. Also I learned about the ways to decrease the TTT and how to let the students talk more. By allowing the students to talk, correct each other and share ideas they will get more motivation, the atmosphere will be more intimate and as a result they will be absorbing new information more quickly. As well as it's about rapport between the students and a teacher. Thank you!
