This last unit gave me a great insight on some difficulties teachers may come across. The unit explains about the new kinds of groups and existing groups of students teachers will teach and how to overcome some challenges. It suggests to start with warmers, then activitys and exercise and lastly tests.I have personally gained that preparing well and being creative to motivate students to be consistant in their study is very important. Moreover, the relationship of building trust, creating a fun environment and knowing the strengths and weakenesses of your students while learning a language is very important and key to help them grow.
