This was a very good unit. It seemed very personal as it dealt on a more sincere level of interpersonal relationships between student to student and teacher. Expressing how develop a firm Rapport and consistency. How o not attack an individual but to turn ones focus on the problem the student or students may present and attack that itself. I think s far this is one of the most important units and very clear as to what it was designed for. Very personal and enlightening unit for me. I learned the purpose of class arrangements are not just to punish students but also to help them bounce their best individual self off and on to I the teacher and onto their fellow student peers!
