Managing Classes was a refreshing Unit in presenting class room management techniques and insights. I very much enjoyed the positive, friendly, and relaxed discussions, how to create good rapport, and how to make a class room activities beneficial and enjoyable for the Students. Maintaining discipline section was good for keeping in mind how best to react to issues and how to avoid them in the first place. My primary reason for wanting to teach is to help children and Students attain their goals and possibly enhance their future happiness. Managing the class and rapport with the Students is the basis for inspiring and helping the Students move forward eagerly and confidently.
