Lesson Planning is an area I have thought about a lot. I have been an Engineer for decades, working on design and construction of major Airports in numerous countries. I've always tried to be very organized and detailed. Teaching and working with young people is something I have always enjoyed, I was a coach for youth football (soccer) for many in years. The Lesson Plan, and a sequence of lesson plans, seems to me to be the key to being organized and being able to teach children well, while of course being flexible and making the lessons enjoyable. Keeping records of the lessons and monitoring the quality is also essential for continuing to improve and better enjoy the classes.
