Reading a text can be challenging for students if it includes a lot of new vocabulary. The instructor will need to pre-teach unknown words and choose a text that is well adapted to the level of the class. \"Listening\" can be equally difficult if the person speaking is not the usual teacher. \"Writing and STT\" allow to control students overall comprehension of the lesson topic.
