These two videos showed me how important it is to have a positive attitude while teaching, the difference between the two was amazing. Watching the bad teaching video also showed me a lot of things not to do. A few examples are: facing the board while talking to the class, too much teacher talk time, and a lack of explanation. I will look to avoid those, and many more mistakes, while I teach my class. The second video, the good teacher video, showed me an example of how I wish to teach my class. The students were enjoying the lesson and learning from the teacher. There were great examples on how to make the lesson fun, such as making a game between student groups to name animals.
