In Unit 14, we learn about course books and lesson materials. Because course books usually do not cover everything you need in classes, more likely you'll have to prepare your own materials to supplement or replace. Authentic materials such as newspapers or magazines are more interesting and can give students confidence when they understand them. But because they are not made for classes, you'll have to choose them carefully so they are suitable for your students. Created materials can be graded to the level of the students. You can make your own or find them from various resources. It explains ups and downs of using course books, and also gives good tips on how to analyze them.
