Unit five covered the teaching themes. Teaching themes covered were case study, frame work, and process based learning. The unit also covered the use of games and Computer Aided language learning to teach Business English. It also explained the Speech Act Theory. Lastly, it gave three examples lesson plans and materials.A bit easier, thanks. The unit reinforced items from previous units and introduced Vocabulary and Functions as part of the English Language. With the reinforcement/reviews the distinctions of ENGAGE, STUDY and ACTIVATE are becoming clearer. I just wish I had some means to see and apply this material in practice. Cest La Vie.
