This unit assisted me with reviewing lesson planning from my TEFL corse. I really appreciate the links to resources. That will certainly help me to save some time during activity preparations. Creating materials for students is an important part, and the notes about what to consider when creating them have been very helpful.This unit taught me that course books can be an important and helpful tool if used right. With this said course books should be supplemented by both authentic (magazines, news clips, etc.) and created (crosswords, gap-fills, etc.) materials. Using these materials can better engage the students and can be made grade specific.
