I have learned that evaluation and testing is necessary before, during and after a EFL course. Constantly evaluating and testing will help you the teacher and the student to better able to pick up weak areas or areas of strength. It also prepares the students for external examinations which are used for work and study abroad.Once again, a brief and interesting unit. I had not thought there were so many facets to the giving and taking of tests. I found the design of my own 1/2 hour test as required in Task 5 to be quite a challenge. However, once completed, I realized that the entire experience of teaching will be one of creativity and excitement!
