This unit gave me a general description of what I should be expecting in the following units. It explained some terminology used in the field. The material also gave me some working environments that CTBE instructors get to choose from, along with the different sub-branches options when teaching English for business purposes.I find course books to be very helpful and deciding which course book and the material that is best suited for your students is very important. It can be challenge to start a new lesson from scratch I think the best approach is to build on what has already been tested and continually try to improve on that with your students.
