This unit offers input on modal verbs, passive voice and phrasal verbs. A table with the different modal verbs and their uses and form in present, future and past tense and further sentences are offered to see the changes in their meaning when using different modal verbs. The passive voice is explained and the form was shown.This unit covered several different topics related to teaching students a language that is new to them. I found this unit interesting as it explained details that I had not thought in detail about, such as how to choose new vocabulary words to teach. We also covered how to choose activities for different phases of the lesson.
