The importance of the different evaluation and tests were discussed in this unit. The common tests used for evaluating students studying the English language were also enumerated and explained. Moreover, an example of a placement test was also included in this unit. I've also learned a bit about the Cambridge Assessment Tests.In this lesson I learned about teaching vocabulary to students is not as easy as you think. There are many factors in considering new vocabulary such as students origin, similarity to there native language and how often they may use the words. You also have to consider the students' ages and level of English they already know.
