The video content in this unit was extremely useful for demonstrating how an ESA lesson comes together. Here I felt that I had a visual reference for all that has been taught in the course thus far. I liked that I could see how a teacher would engage a class, and smoothly move on to study and activate stages of a lesson while keeping the students engaged and interested. Also, having a clear comparison of a poor and ineffective teacher, with that of a well prepared and encouraging teacher was good to see. It was a good demonstration of just how much how much of an affect the teacher will have on the motivation and engagement of a class.
