The final unit is titled: Troubleshooting. In this unit various difficult situations are discussed as well as ideas on how to solve these problems. These difficult situations include first lessons, different levels, large classes, use of the native language, reluctant students, and use of listening texts. Although this is useful for teachers before they enter the classroom, I wish slightly more information was given on discipline, although I do believe there was a unit that briefly mentioned discipline earlier in the course. Discipline is a major problem at one of my schools and it is the main issue I deal with in day to day situations.
