From this unit, i learned that it's very important to prepare ourselves before facing our students in the class in order to succed the learning process. those are included paperwork wich contains anything that we would like to do, learner objective, personal aims,language point,etc. And to support them all, we may need to prepare some equipments and make sure that everything works at that time,and also if possible we can make seating arrangement so everything goes smoothly. Being organized is really important to succed this teaching and learning process but we still have to anticipate any condition that might happen, so just be flexible.
