There are so many things to consider when it comes to classroom management. Learning all the student's names is so important. That is something I need to work on, but I also teach 500 students. So that can be very challenging. Another section I thought was extremely helpful was the giving instructions. Using the same way to provide a specific instruction was new to me. I understand though, that if they know what that specific direction should look and sound like, then why change it? Instead change the delivery! Instead of speaking, it can be on a chart, and pointed to. This way there is a variety of delivery, but not the direction.
