This particular unit was interesting to me because I am very interested and diligent about incorporating technology and new equipment into my classroom. I love that using different forms of equipment can provide much-needed variation in learning, while also catering to various learning styles. In addition, I also believe that varying the kinds of equipment and technology that is used in the classroom can better allow students to learn different skills more effectively. For example, using authentic videos to teach students about slang/idioms/conversational English can be much more effective than giving students a dictionary or a worksheet.
