There are many elements that we have to think about when we want to manage a class. It is very important to have eye contact, make gestures, have a clarity in our voice, remember the student's names, and more. Everything should be strategically depending on the activity, the characteristics of the students, of the school, and of course of the teacher. There are moments that TTT is important, but other moments where STT should take place. Giving instructions and maintain discipline is very important to create a good relationship with the student.
