I learnt about the methodology and techniques for teaching \"beginners\" and the problems that a teacher might have to face to and ways to solve them. Also for individual class, due to the different class size from group teaching, what activities a teacher may do for one to one class. Teaching young children might be the one of the most rewarding of all group student teaching, however, there are still some rules and classroom discipline a teacher should aware of such some unwell behavior and the reason for it arises and ways to deal with. I also learnt that working with young children the \"do\" things and the \"don't\" such as no using the students' native language because later on they might rely on that and it will reduce their motivate to speak in English. For business group teaching, it is quite different than educating young children as their motivation and purpose of learning English are quite clear and a teacher should know what the clients need and want before the class starts. I learnt the advantages and disadvantages of monolingual and multilingual class and how to avoid the disadvantages to effectively work on the teaching goals.
