Two videos show same theme of the lesson taught totally differently. One shows us well-organized, objective-driven and effective lesson taught by the teacher in Thai. The teacher in the first video explains very effectively while engaging students using their prior background knowledge. The teacher clearly gives students the measurable, and specific objective of the class. The students fill up the class making it more various and creative, which occurs to me that it is also the teacher?s ability of engaging and encouraging students to participate freely. The activity after expands their learning and interest. It goes very smoothly with the panels the teacher prepared. In contrast to the first video, the class of the second video is poor-organized, with lots of basic mistakes. It took place deliberately so that I could realize with the same theme and same material, teachers can make the whole class totally different. And I got to learn the basic rules to be aware of: to be simple, not to lose fun, organized but flexible, and to be practical; so that way students can understand stuff they learn better and use language in their actual lives.
