This unit gives a visual representation of how a teacher should teach in the classroom. The personality and the attitude of the teacher is extremely important for developing the momentum in the classroom. During this unit i have few observations, teacher in the classroom in the first lesson forgot to introduce himself and tell something about one's individual self. Secondly to familiarize with the names of the students, thirdly to be smiling and bring positive energy in the classroom. Usage of simplistic language and not to use too much of jargon. Explain the topic in a straightforward way. And to involve each and every student in the classroom is mandatory. ESA is very essential.
