The unit defines the parts of speech and discusses rules of usage. Although I was already familiar with most of the material I did learn some new terminology, such as \"countable\" and \"uncountable\" nouns. I also learned rules for the order of multiple adjectives and the order of multiple adverbs in a sentence. I noticed that one example in the material suggests that the course is based on British English as opposed to American English. That example was the inclusion of \"hospital\" in the list of countable nouns that are treated as uncountable and used without an article. In the US it is common to say \"He is in the hospital\". In England, \"He is in hospital\" is more common.
