While I have taken Grammar in high school and in college as an English and Spanish double major, I still found this unit to be useful for several reasons. Primarily, this unit served as a useful refresher of information that I learned in the past. Also, I found the explanation of the various rules in grammar to be particularly beneficial. For example, the explanation of the Gerund truly clarified my understanding of it. I had previously been quite confused by its function in sentences. I firmly believe that Grammar is the foundation excellent, solid understanding of every language. That said, there can never be \"too much\" Grammar review for teachers. My goal as a teacher is to be able to understand Grammar so thoroughly that I can explain it in a way that excites my students about the subject as well as makes it comprehensible and clear. So, I am grateful for this review.
