Classroom Management is in my opinion a skill that should be improved on daily. Each class will come with its own challenges and to meet those challenges head-on, we need a clear understanding of our role as the class manager. I've been engaged as an English teacher for almost eight years without TEFL training, but because of the increasing demand for my services, I felt it necessary and appropriate to certify my skills as a teacher. What I have learned thus far, has convinced me that this was a step in the right direction. I have found several points in this unit that will help me in my endeavors to give my students the best learning experience possible. I teach mostly young adults and business owners and therefore discipline levels are very high in my classes, but still there's room for improvement on all levels.
