What I took most from this unit was how to go about conducting a ESP class. I feel as though this entire time I have been going through these units with the idea of dealing with younger students. Realizing that the adult class will be completely different from when you teach your younger class is extremely important. I feel that you should keep in mind that there are still fun activities you can do to keep the adult class interested. You should also be aware that they will be more tired so keeping their interest peaked is very important because they are taking the class in their free time after or before work. Motivational factors also will play a part in how well they interact in the classroom. It is very important to make sure you are keeping them motivated just as you would a younger class. Adults tend to get more embarrassed easily so you want to make sure you don't single them out as they could be in a group with a boss or other coworkers.
