This unit contains a brief but at the same time detailed information about what should be the relationship between teacher and students. Thanks to this unit I began to realize that the role of the teacher is more than a transmitter of information about the language. The ideal teacher becomes a reflection of perfect students by trying on different roles at the right time of the lesson. Introducing me to those roles was very useful experience for me since there are 9 different roles mentoined in the unit, and each role is nessecary and good at perticular moment of the teaching process. Also, this unit represent us different types of learners and their language levels ranges with the particular description. That helps to understand the learners' needs in language and to distinguish them according to their knowledge in English. Description of good techer and learner is detailed and makes it clear what the teacher should strive for in the learning process.
