In my opinion, this unit was very useful to me. I think teaching Business English is very interesting, and the unit taught me how to become an efficient Business English teacher for companies and as a private tutor. A Needs Analysis is important to complete with Business students/clients since one's lesson should be customized or tailored to students' needs. Teaching Business clients has its challenges as well. The motivation can vary as with young learners. In general, patience is required in all levels. The video clip that demonstrated clearly the Do's and Don'ts of teaching special groups was very helpful because it confirmed that encouraging English speaking inside the classroom is important and being aware of any issues within the class where the teacher has control. Moreover, being fair with class discipline while giving clear instructions is crucial. I try to do my best in keeping students interested and being very patient with the different learning pace each student may have.
