Coming to an end, this Unit reviews and clarifies many aspects that we all deal with: problem situations or better, real life people facing a new activity in their lifes. That's why troubleshooting takes the main role looking forward being prepared for all situations that may occur during/before/after a class. Although some situations may be unexpected the idea is to be able to overcome any unusual situation in the classroom. For instance, a student once was so frustrated about her impossibilty to acknowledge the different pronunciation between CAN and CAN'T that end up breaking into tears. Breaking the class inmediately would be a mistake, considering the class is composed by many individuals and should be tailored accordingly; on the other hand it's obvious that the teacher has to do something about it. In this case it was to get closer to the student, put his hand on the student's back and to say the words: \"It's O.k, don't you worry, let's move on. Would you like some time to put yourself together?\" and consequently continue with the lesson.
