I learned a great deal about what is necessary in organizing a classroom when considering the atmosphere you want to create. This means that the seating arrangement, pairing of students, disciplinary methods, etcetera can have an impact on how your relationship with the students develops. The classroom organization can also affect how students absorb the material being taught. Increasing the amount of input given by students through group work and pairing can help students absorb information. It's also important for the teacher to have talking time but varying teaching methods is the most effective way to keep students engaged and learning.
