This last unit deals with common problem situations. It explains what to do in a first lesson both with a new group or an existing one. It tells you what kind of activities can be use as a warmer. It explains how to cope with students having different levels of English. It gives you some ideas to face large classes and it tells you how to act in front of students using their native language, or reluctant students as well as how to cope with difficulties with listening texts. I find this unit very helpful as I think it summarises the most important points of what I have gone through during this course and it allows me to quickly revise them.
