Talking about me, it was quite a helpful unit and I will definitively bear in mind next points: Each teacher should be aware of students? culture and level to keep class motivate. There are several theories, methods and approaches which can help teacher with these issues. They are: Grammar - translation, Audio - lingualism, PPP, Task- Based learning, CLT, CLL, The silent way, Suggestopaedia and The Lexical approach. In my opinion, each lesson should include several types of them to keep students and teacher ?fresh?. Each lesson must consist of the following elements ESA - Engage, Study and Activate. One of the most important component of the ESA lesson is elicitation - the part of the lesson when teacher is asking as much provoking questions as possible. During the elicitation stage we can use next techniques and materials : drawings, realia, flashcards, mime etc. During the Engage stage teacher?s responsibility to warm up the class.  It?s not important to teach something during this stage. During the next stage (Study) students have to be focused on the construction of the language. Activate stage follows next and here students are encouraged to use the language as much as possible. Different kinds of role-plays, debates can be used during t his stage. There are three types of the ESA lessons: a ?Straight Arrow? lesson, a ?Boomerang? lesson and a ?Patchwork? lesson. Whatever the type is the ESA lesson must start with the Engage stage and finish with the Activate stage. Teacher must complete feedback and correction as they help to make sure that material is understood and there are no mistakes. During the entire lesson teach must be positive and cheerful. It?s better to say ?Well done!? instead of ?No, you are wrong?.
