Although this was a short unit I struggled with the questions where you had to match the sentence with its usage. This was quite good as it made me read over the notes again and really try to make sure I fully understood them. I had been aware of the past simple but again the usage of the past continuous and past perfect continuous were new to me.This was a very helpful unit in its practicality. I am glad it laid out different components that can be included in the objectives and planning phase of a lesson. The tasks were helpful in giving me practice in thinking through a lesson plan. I still feel nervous about doing a lesson in front of students, but going through these exercises helps.
