This unit discusses the various circumstances that come with teaching specific types of students. The main focuses of the chapter were on teaching young learners and business professionals. Teaching the young learner is definitely the most difficult classes for me. This unit gave me several ideas on how to better control the flow of those lessons.The unit covered effective classroom management techniques. Effective classroom management is an important aspect of teaching. Everything a teacher does should be carefully thought out and planned. An effective teacher models proper attitude and character behavior. An effective teacher should build up a good rapport with each of his/her students.
